Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (Sept. 12, 2017) – The Driven Midwest USAC NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass will head to Oklahoma and Kansas this weekend during its only two events in the month of September.

Winged ‘A’ Class, which features a $500-to-win main event, and Restricted ‘A’ Class will compete on Friday at Red Dirt Raceway in Meeker, Okla., while Stock Non-Wing, which will showcase a $500-to-win A Main, will join the two classes on Saturday at Caney Valley Speedway in Caney, Kan.

Frank Flud leads the Winged ‘A’ Class and Stock Non-Wing championship standings entering the weekend by more than 90 points in each division. He stands atop the wins list in both classes with seven a piece.

The closest points battle is in the Restricted ‘A’ Class division as three-time winner Daison Pursley holds a 43-point lead over five-time winner Ryder Laplante in the standings.

Flud won the lone Stock Non-Wing A Main this season at Red Dirt Raceway while Holley Hollan scored her first career NOW600 victory that night in the Winged ‘A’ Class division. Grady Mercer was victorious in the Restricted ‘A’ Class main event.

Saturday will mark the first visit of the season to Caney Valley Speedway for the Driven Midwest USAC NOW600 National Micro Series. An event scheduled in June was rained out.

The front gates on Friday at Red Dirt Raceway are scheduled to open at 5 p.m. with the drivers meeting at 6:30 p.m., hot laps at 7:30 p.m. and racing at 8 p.m. Everything starts one hour earlier on Saturday at Caney Valley Speedway.

The series will hold the draw directly after the drivers meeting and it will close after the last driver present at the meeting has drawn in. If any driver is running late he or she should call Series Director Terry Mattox at 918-417-0624.
